Throughout our state-of-the-art manufacturing process, we use
only the best in terms of raw materials, products, technologies and
quality standards:
• The wood is carefully selected by our experts. Only the best
lumber is used in the manufacturing of our floors.
• We apply eight coats of UV-cured semi-gloss polyurethane finish,
and aluminum oxide is added to the surface coats for optimal
protection and beauty. We use the most durable varnish available
on the market, backed-up by our 25-year limited warranty.
• Industry superior abrasion resistance.
• Our experienced team produces tongue and groove boards with
a four-sided micro-bevel, which makes it easier to install and gives
it an unparalleled appearance:
- Optical scanners precisely measure each piece of wood
- Ensures a perfect fit during installation
• Appalachian Flooring sets rigorous quality standards for itself. Its
quality control system at each production stage ensures nothing
less than a flawless floor!
